I used Stellar Despatch through the company I work for. A job had gone terribly wrong and I was really nervous to get the goods delivered. I rang at 6.55 p.m. and spoke to Corina, she is an out of hours contact and finished at 7 pm. I explained how worried I was, she called the driver to see where he was and put my mind at rest. Then she texted me an hour later to tell me it had been delivered, but I knew she finished at 7 p.m. Above and beyond customer service and I hope her boss sees this review.
